Seems you fail to comprehend , despite company announcements and published information, that AKP is not looking to manufacture anything. EM , independently funded, has already constructed the fab. So why lay a false trail, unless out of ignorance ?
AKP's role will be to market the chips and receive licensing royalties. It has no need to raise funds of any magnitude, other than for working capital, which will likely comprise a research group of engineers,a group of marketers and legal and banking people.
Consider the potential size of the global market in sound technology. Simple to research on Google etc.
AKP will be making deals with producers of sound equipment for EM ( and,potentially other fabs ) and thereby "clipping the ticket " Try putting some numbers on that....
Sale price, if it should be the eventual route taken, will be a price that Fred, Danny and Yuval cannot refuse when compared with the royalty route.
And consider the stock market evaluation on the Company in either circumstance.
BUT THEY ARE NOT THERE YET.
How far away?Well, EM has built a fab and made bullish predictions about how much they can produce and the timeline for achieving them. So, wait and watch.
