The caption suggests that logistics in mainland China are collapsing as many older citizens fall victim to COVID-19.

Xi's COVID policies have become a disaster. Hospitals are overwhelmed and some businesses suddenly short of staff.

Given MYR imports from mainland China, it's concerning as in time, supply chains for full container loads may also be adversely affected, especially if manufacturers find it harder to process orders.

One more reason to diversify production away from mainland China although easy to say, but hard to implement.
