Just adding to your response noon, I keep thinking how NXT at any time could literally stop building more dc’s and sell remaining space and it would be a cash cow. They however, have a long term strategy to keep reinvesting by expanding and building more and more dc’s around the planet. As a lth I could sell up at near record highs and be very satisfied however I still see so much potential to come. Still think it might get taken over at some stage. Gltah
