Yes Smurph, they are in a land grab race, and they're winning the race. They will need to manage their debt and capex carefully. They will be highly leveraged to both for years to come, but yes just like Equinix in the US, they are on track to keep growing and reap the rewards in future years in my view. I see this stock as being quite volatile, but on an upward path over next 5-10 years.
The head start they have in the land grab, and the relationships they've formed with the big boys stands them well to benefit from cloud, AI, digitisation etc in my view
