I have held since $6. I agree at near $14 the company is fully valued currently. I am tempted to take the capital gain around $14 but would reinvest on any material pullback as the stock is well placed imo to be very successful and play a huge role in digitisation and AI at the "edge" ... Australia's version of Equinox which over a decade built up its DC network and is now a US listed success story. It might look a short term short opportunity due to lofty valuations but it wouldn't surprise me if this hits $20 within 5 years.

Yes, but EQIX is trading on 10 times revenue... not 20 times like NXT.....

EQIX is delivering net income, and dividends... NXT does not.....

So..... errrr yeah...
