    "That the Remuneration Report for the year ended 30 June 2009 is adopted."

    Rough figures:
    For: 81.6m
    Against: 77.4m
    Proxy Discretion: 7m
    Abstained: 1.2m

    It strikes me that the Against is very close to the For.

    Surprisingly close, suggesting significant numbers of shareholders have issues with this point.
