These hiccups can and WILL happen with smallcaps trying to establish themselves. Will the 2nd half be considerably better? Probably. When will we know? Probably at some point in 2012 if the current PR discourse continues!

Communications and disclosure is a major drawback for me holding Neptune going forward and would want to see some sort of improvement. Afterall, if you can't trust and reasonably monitor your investment, you may as well be playing blackjack.
