I placed another order on Cettire on Tuesday, within 1 hour they shipped (amazing automated tech) from Italy. The goods just arrived in Melbourne and are scheduled for delivery today by DHL. Less than 4 days delivery from the moment I made the order, that’s impressive.
I am living proof as to why the repeat business metric is important and driving growth with reduced marketing spend. I compared Cettire to all competitors on this recent purchase, Cettire had far better inventory and prices compared to their competitors such as Mr Porter, Far Fetch and Matches Fashion. Also, I used the app to make the purchase, was a great and smooth user experience.
