They are undisclosed for 2 commercial reasons:
1. They don't want to give a heads up to potential competitors who may be considering initiating or have a program in the same indications.
2. As I pointed out above, Acadia could declare one or more of the indications as a development target for trofinetide and hence block 2591 development.
Regarding continuous disclosure obligations, it is standard practice that preclinical research only need be disclosed once it is accepted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal, which can take quite some time or may indeed never happen. It wouldn't surprise me if the mouse work has already been completed.
This all of course does not preclude NEU from sharing the data with any potential acquirer under a NDA.
