They seemed very excited about the prospects for HIE. As you said there are about 6000 surviving HIE babies per year in USA alone Europe about double that. One would think close to a 100% would take the treatment, location of baby is known. The final determinant of the volume of sales is the length of treatment which is yet to be determined but not imagined to be a life time treatment as with other indications.
There was a palpable air of confidence about Jon's usual conservative demeanor. I think he is excited about the possibilities and progress expected over the next 12 months. A reassuring meeting.
