prior to the AGM where they held back the bad information till the day of the AGM they were swanning around Melb at the Cup with the other Perthanalities. Then post the company’s catastrophic AGM they hopped on a yacht on the Swan to take in a cruise.
This is old news but it is still mind boggling that the company’s green and greedy MD is the third highest paid MD in Western Australia with a base salary in cash of $2.1M!!! That is before his bonuses and performance rights for what the company hasn’t performed for shareholders since day 1. Oh and the MDs with higher base salaries are Rob Scott and Meg O’Neil who run credible and massive organisations.
