This stock is classic example of failed board who is still in the job even after failed share price performance over a decade so they didn't just get 1 or 2 or 5 years but they got 10 years and still they are in the job while share price went back 10 years ... LOL >>> IMO. It was bad choice to invest in BEN and WBC for me... !
right now and few month ago was the best time to start buy back but instead diluted shareholder to purchase android app without giving any justification on what is the return on investment... IMO... CEO and CHairman both needs to go.
