So the people costs may be too high hence redundancies.

Also looks like Neil has all his faith in IT and brands.

I am not sure if he is looking into innovation in design, materials and etc similar to the likes of Kathmandu.

Why do KMD puffy jackets sell for over $100 even when on sale when you can get some from kmart for less than $20.

It is brand, innovation and materials.
