    Real trouble with the MRC website - couldn't or wouldn't accept SRN number for validation- rang LINK services - on the phone for over 20 minutes until I hung up.
    Anyone else with the same problems - lousy lousy IT or customer service in this day and age. Cannot even do online with LINK as with other providers.
    Piss poor
