The crucial point for me was around the 1hr 20min mark when David was talking with Ed and mentioned an easing in the rate of growth of US sales people. They may have reached a critical mass. No surprise that they are mentioning profits for this financial year. In the past all profits have been eaten by employment of new and hence unproductive sales staff.

Small profit for 2024 and even better in 2025.

I think there are things they can say and things they can't. David hinted when he said the distributor model was fine for some markets but they could always cancel the distributor and go with their own sales team - with the advantage that the distributor has through their efforts heightened awareness amongst many doctors of BTM. Similarly the sales team could be rationalised once the usage has been effectively communicated and buying patterns established. Not something they would want to trumpet but certainly feasible a couple of years down the track when most Doctors are comfortable with the product and sales channels established.
