Oh that. You can probably try to check back through his employment history to find the name of the company he originally worked for who made an animal hernia repair product. He then worked as a consultant for Aroa who started using the same patented treatment process. The previous employer sued and in the process some rather damning email exchanges were revealed. I think it was settled eventually.
