Confirmed it is in the bank.

ii) Favourable Court ruling against the ex CBIO directors

Board remains confident however next court appearance is May 2014?

iii)Favourable results obtained from the Lupus & COPD Phase

Whilst some early data may be available 4th qtr 1013 and 1st qtr 2014 this will not be released to the market but will be used in confidential discussions with potential partners.

iv) Negotiations with a Multi International Pharma re
INV103(lupus) with a $'000m upfront payment plus
milestone payments, plus double digit royalties.

I am sure this is a continuing goal of the type that the board advised of at last years AGM.
The fact that these discussions are confidential means no mention was made about them.
The commercial expertise of the board will certainly assist IVX in achieving the best outcome for shareholders.

v) Part of the upfront payment of the Lupus Deal to fund
the continued trials and in house commercialisation of
INV002 and or INV004 utilising Dr Mitchell Glass’s
expertise.

Hypothetical conjecture!

vi) Value of Invion Shares if i) to iv) are achieved – who
knows???? - maybe double digit $$'s!!!!! – here’s

As I said I am happy I went to the AGM.
While there were no announcements other than the ratification of additional share placement capacity and in the near term there may be less trial data information than initially anticipated I see it as a positive.
It points to the company being in active discussions with potential partners.
The vibe was good!
Apparently US interests have 25% of the company at this point. Given IVX's potential I imagine this will increase as will the company's liquidity.
While it is unlikely that there will be any news for a while in my opinion IVX still remains well undervalued.
A lot is going to happen with this company over the next 12 months leading to the next AGM.
