There are still big risks. Yes you can out wait ALT on the finance side or even the patent side. Another alternative would be to just develop a competitor product after seeing what ALT has done. ALT would never be able to defend itself legally. Considering ALT's past missteps, and with the benefit of a working product, would it cost more or less than what ALT has spent so far to develop? This is probably ALTs value. If this is greater than current market cap of $11m then buy if less than sell.
