I can only gather it is a misuse of English. I just could not fathom the thought that there is information outside of SIAC that is known about the outcome. It just isn't appropriate nor feasible that this could happen and we're still trading as normal.....
And if it has come out its likely why we had a surge in the last 7 days. I don't believe a road-show of hashed up info could be responsible for the interest. 6 degrees of separation eh. Such a cynic.
