Eklavya I don't want to get involved in the debate on whether or not the CEO should be buying shares on market. It is not a factor that I consider when making my investment decisions. I thought I should point out however that the CEO does hold a fair bit of interest in the company. He has 9,167 AVR, 7,000 AVRO, and 396,248 unlisted options. He will need to tip in approx $4.7m if he gets to convert all his oppies.
