I don't think lack of inside ownership is itself necessarily a bad thing (obviously not ideal) if at least somewhat intelligent things are done with the cash, which I would argue in the past has been done through regular quite large dividend distributions. But there individual product disclosures should be much better, IMO people would be willing to value the company more generously if they could figure out exactly what was driving growth/profits etc. Although maybe that lead to me getting in at a great price so ups and downs lol.
