Of course this stock jumps around (seemingly randomly) quite a bit, so it may just be one of those things. However if the move becomes more sustained that'll be interesting.
One hypothetical scenario is that people (eg doctors) on the ground where the test is available see how well it's doing and buy in.
I don't expect sales to show up in the financials until the June quarter is reported. Sonic is likely to get paid by customers on a 60 day basis (or something like that) and there will likely be some sort of delay/ accounting period from Sonic until PIQ gets paid. '
You'd hope there'd be an ann before then saying how things are going, and what money is going to come in and when. If nothing else, that would fit in the the quarterly activity report, right? "We've sold X so far and will be paid Y on date Z"
