IMO the new Chairman is obligated to carefully monitor the progress on the sales front and the second it becomes apparent progress is stalling, tap RL on the shoulder and say time to get in someone else to drive this.
This stems, in no small part, from concerns over the time wasted with SHL. Those concerns may be unjustified but, like all other the concerns in this regard, they fester until mngt explains wtf went wrong.
Hope that won't prove necessary & it's onward and upward from here.
