I attended the AGM.
I attempted to draw Richard out on where he saw the company in 5 years time, but he was quite vague on that. I also asked about cash flow and he indicated with grants money they were good for 12 months.
My biggest concern is an apparent lack of marketing/commercial experience/talent in the company. To me it looked like a 'scientific committee' meeting. The speaker's aids are all first class, but ...
I would like to see additions to the board that address the perceived deficiency.
