Must say Ive had enough of hearing how good the technology is (repetitive to put it nicely). Sales progress is what I want to hear about (eg who they have approached/are intending to approach) - progress re endo the exception.
Which leads into my point re the chairman - he MUST remain arms length/aloof such that as soon as he sees the new mktng approach needs tweaking/additl resources/non performing personnel removed: he must act (assuming of course he has the commercial acumen to make that call).
About time we caught a break at PIQ.
