Happy to be corrected, but to get in the All Ords (top 500) we would need a market cap of around 420 mill.
Current MC is 190 mill, so would need to get to pre-SGH implosion prices to be picked up on that index.
I’m not saying the buy back strategy is without merit. Our daily volumes are so low and the spread so wide that even a 10 million dollar buyback should have a reasonable impact.
I do at least think the company should do the right thing by holders and concede the listed law firm model has failed in Australia, and look to give exit opportunities at fair prices.
