I may have made a tongue in cheek comment about a class action before but ultimately it is improbable that a single individual has knowledge suggesting fundamental risk to Shine that is not shared by the executive, and in that case there is now genuine evidence to suggest it should be reported to market. Of course a legal firm is best placed to know the risk it holds by breaking the law particularly when there is extra incentive for other firms to pick up a CA against a competitor, as opposed to an unrelated party.
