when asked about creating value for shareholders the chairman said they are focused on the business, not on the shareholders or the share price.
Shareholders would be better off if the company was liquidated. 277m assets vs 200m cap. If there was a shareholder resolution for liquidation, would you vote for it? it would never win, but getting some votes, or even just getting it on the table may make the board pay attention to shareholders.
