also- I agree with the sentiment, but there is only one person on the board who owns a big chunk, Morrison. He and Roche own collectively 50%, and while Roche isn't on the board, he may as well be. They were ass kissing Roche and schilling his book at the AGM and as the founder and large shareholder I imagine the board cares a lot what he thinks.
