refer to its strategy stated in AGM presentation page 6/10, ARCM fund would be partial owner of the asset together with PengXin, and ARC receives management fee and performance fee.
PengXin partner with ARCM and managed by ARC probably is to get through foreign review board saying its still Australian assets managed by Australian company.
ARC has only under 50 share holders holding more than 10,000 shares, and directors hold many many ... I suspect all ARC holders will have a bite on ARCM as well at cheaper price.
