There is certainly no guarantee that the deal with go through, or be approved. The Kidman speculation and potential is what got this stock buzzing recently. I was in a bit before that, on the basis that the NAM assets means its basically an agri-shell.

With an ASFL licence and ambition to be a agricultural fund manager taking a clip of the ticket for other people investing. On this alone, even if the Kidman transaction is off the table completely I will still be a happy holder. A NAM restructure or another deal will hopefully come along and whip up some more interest and reflect better in the sp.

Failing that, I'll hold on for the longer term if need be - the tight register and mass of options at 50c gives management a big incentive to grow the business.
