the report seems to suggest that the acquisition value would be north of 350mil ...
imagine a fund manager with 350mil assets, saying charge between 3-5% fees annually, that's more than current Market Cap and Option dilution combined ...
specially with agri assets, usually very long term, so if you work on dividend ratio of 7% from 3% management fee give ARC valuation north of 150mil, that doesn't include its Cotton investment in NAM which is in the restructure process to unlock the co-op value as well. I said 5-Disallowed is half price of what I mentioned above.
