It is a value play.
My calcs based on new acquisitions is a book value of 0.42 and a ROE based on the EPS accretion stated of around 15-17. My valuation is 80-90 cents if the assumptions stated hold true.
My only concern on the last annual report was a lower cash flow than the NPAT reported.
Any thoughts on this?
