Announcement was pleasing. The only problem I have is around valuation. No matter how you cut it with less than 500m of EBITDA and a market cap of over 12bn it is pricey. Obviously they are expensing everything they can and if they wanted to optimize the EV/EBITDA it could appear much more attractive. Still a company making the right calls in my opinion (apart from the early ventures equity allocation).
