Richard has had an ear bashing for years over the CGGC, Sinorichen failed MOU. I doubt he would want a repeat ear bashing again. He must be confident of some big orders using "significantly" bigger.
No dilutive CR is a huge plus. Next 3 weeks are going to be very interesting indeed. Well worth a punt here. If things fall into line, we will see a very very big rerate. $1.50+
