...and now revenue planned for the June half is pushed back to 2nd half!I ponder whether this is IC revenue that the auditors wont allow then to recognise because they haven't been paid for the 1st tranche of work AND there is no agreement between the lenders and the IC Government?

There is a whiff about these blokes now.
