The Mongolian government themselves appear to have a " go get it attitude " to anyone who can provide a cleaner fuel than coal .... the residents of Ulanbator are suffering from poor air quality ... particularly during the long , bitterly cold winters ...
( Google the " Zud " or " dzud " , if you want to learn of a gruesomely nasty weather extreme .. )
... our CSG could be one part of the solution to their dirty air ....
