For those still scratching their heads as to the rise today with no “announcement” (which bizarrely seems to be a fair few):
“With the presence of hydrocarbons in our first Exploration well, this is an opportune time for the Company bring in a new Chairman with a complimentary skill set to lead the commercialisation efforts as the Company transitions from an explorer.”
Just ask yourself, why are they needing a new chairman to lead commercialisation efforts if there is nothing commercial there?
