There are two cancers on that Board, and some carefully chosen “yes” members. The arrogance and blatant distortion of facts in this report comes directly from these two.

I could not agree more about the capital raise - apart from incompetence creating the need to raise money to pay debt, the key reason was self-protection of the two cancers. It is an absolute disgrace that this can happen and there should be laws against it.
