The comment made by @Shake It is 100% spot on. There'd be holders in this stock that put $1000 into this stock at much higher prices and they're just holding out in anticipation of a "miracle" announcement from EOS before committing anymore capital. Jeez, even those that bought prior to the CR at $2.09 are at risk of having their investment halved.
Regardless of how large or small the holdings are, it's just another potential chapter of these people with their snout in the trough who simply treat their shareholders with complete and utter disrespect.
