1. the company has land holdings around the project that are critical for any mine restart negotiations. The current copper market is weak and if you are seeing higher copper prices then this is a tick for future value of the company. Without EM2 assets around the project it CAN NOT RESTART. And with a billion+ pounds of copper and all the current infrastructure this will be scooped up in a heart beat when the copper prices turn. MMV only have less than 20% of the mineral resource of the greater Oracle Ridge project and we all knew that there was potential for the resource to grow, which the company has said they will focus on and again this plays well into the copper price cycle.
2. The company has reported possible earnings from the tailings dam to fund exploration. If this occurs then that's another tick to the future value of the company
3. The company has been reporting very strong surface readings on the silver Mountain project. Once the company gets back into it the probability of good copper hits is possible and starting exploration at the bottom of the copper cycle could time it right for a good project and again a tick for future value.
4. the management is very invested in the company and the situation at hand in my opinion is not out of omission or malicious intent. Why would they want to shoot themselves in the foot when they have such high interests in the company.
5. The company has been progressively reducing their pay and diverting cash to projects
6. Mr. Bass has loaned money to company and extended payment timeframe without interest
7. The team is well experienced in the geology of the area and have made prior discovery.
8. The chairman's letter reads well and I believe they really did exhaust all options and tried to make this work. Additionally, The land owner is now left with their hands empty and needing EM2 to do anything with this land. they could sell it but then we may get better more realistic owners. or they could come back to the negotiating table and we get better terms. Think in all possibilities
9. the company is highly focused on one commodity and this is a good sign. They are not lying to us they are open and honest in their announcements and they are focused on bringing value.

Yes we have not gone back to a grass-roots exploration company, but in the long term this has the probability to serve us well with the points above from my analysis.
