Fair calI Investor.  This board appears to overwhelmingly support Fergus. He has put a significant amount of money in.  Probably more than most of us. He has no doubt left a shedload of security blanket money on the table at G4S. He has said he fully supports the deal.  The shareholders overwhelmingly voted to re elect him.  The deal is currently better than 4 to 1. Why would you not vote for it unless you are somebody who is only interested in a short term trade.

Even that price spike for a  trade opportunity,  which i think lasted for a brief day or two has gone and will not exist again without cash into to the business via debt or a significant dilution.

Nothing has changed,  Fergus votes yes,  the shareholders voted Fergus.  Get the deal wrapped up, watch the effect on the new entity.  I said last week 10 cents wouldn't be around long.  Today's close shows a 30% increase in a week.  Let's set aside the differences and move to the next level.

The new entity will be a far tastier business for a hungry predator in time
