Where is the detail for AVA? The IE report didn't give any detail. They just added an "average" takeover premium to an MSP vwap. And management haven't released any info on AVA (like they used to) for months. And it seemed to be right at that inflection point in growth.
How do you make the right decision when you are not given the facts?
What is the annual logistics spend for current customers?
What is the current pipeline of new customers?
What level is current annualised recurring revenue?
What would an analyst with a normal DCF or earnings multiple approach value the company at?
All basic information for this situation that management would normally want to give to shareholders. How do you make a decision without it?
Blind faith in Chris Fergus? Given the low ball price and all the corrections and retracted statements, that's a big ask. I am happier to see AVA grow. The share price will improve pretty quick once this is over. FFT can come back with a realistic bid in the future if they want to.
