Well, if you look at the percentage of AGAINST votes on every resolution except the re-election of Fergus then it is pretty obvious they will not be getting 90% of the votes in favour of the merger.

One other thing came to mind, if the merger is going to create better opportunities for all entities, then why oh why is BQT yet to achieve any uptake from the clients it has accessed via AVA?

So far BQT has not achieved what we are told the merged 3 will achieve....how can we truly vote in favour of trusting their word??
