TPI have announced a comprehensive organisational review, citing acceptance that the integration of multiple businesses was ineffective, that there are numerous duplications of roles and functions, and that they identify 'significant' inefficiencies across the company.
long overdue i believe. but a positive and necessary step in the right direction.
this process will be finalised by early 2013, and will result in some job 'redundancies'.
as a shareholder, I'm very happy about this - there is plenty of cost savings to be made via this process, and restructuring the business will mean a more focussed organisation which can respond to its strategic goals.
