Yes it is in the Australian Today that Lakes oil is suing the Victorian Government for about 2.7 billion dollars for lost costs/expenses and loss of profits. And Gina is a big investor in that company too so it seems that she is taking part to it. Just the same as it happened to us with the State of NSW. The only difference is that while Lakes and Gina are taking it head on, we did nothing. We didn't even attempt to get/collect the money which was awarded to us by the Court in the Case we won the first time around.
There it shows where they have a Board with big balls in taking a State Government to Court for everything possible, and here we had a Board balls-less that only proved that they were/are a mob of wimps with no guts at all but only concerned at getting their big pays.
It would be very interesting to see if Lakes Oil and Gas, together with Gina will win the case, while we capitulated under very small pressure and a big bluff by our State.
Could it be that that case will be used as a precedent.??
