There will be too much local revolt for them to ever mine Hargreaves imo.
Expect them to go back to Hill End/Reward.
If they change management and some directors so that they are truly a gold mining company reflected by the composition of bod and management, only then will they succeed.
Will that happen? Sometimes it is hard to let yourself go.
