Jumped back in yesterday at 80c. Re evaluated everything and these guys are all set to deploy cash on discounted assets over the next couple of years. Transitioning into a real estate owner spitting out cash. The market cap should reach $1b over the next 5 years. Lots of skin in the game by management. Risk v reward is very in favorable to the reward side.
