Not a fan of IDX, infact seems pretty overvalued vs CAJ even after todays respective share price adjustment.
IDX carries pretty heavy debt and trades at a much loftier EV/EBITDA than CAJ. IDX has had a decent run from around $1.70 upto the $2.50 range even after some pretty average half year results, effectively diluting CAJ shareholders slice of the pie of the merger.
Not a great deal for CAJ holders, Sold 650k CAJ shares at open this morning which represented about half my holding.
Will probably keep the other half, still pretty bullish on healthcare/aging population/people getting unhealthier thematic.
