Would certainly indicate PYC are hoping for a significant deal well in excess of previous up fronts?

"And to use Phylogica’s human capital to the best effect, it was
decided to direct resources to the pursuit of those strategic objectives in preference
to negotiating relatively small co-development deals. For while these offered the
prospect of near-term cash funding, usually they did not offer development of the
company’s science in the key areas of focus. At this stage the priority for the team is
the development of our science."

"We are not interested in small deals", yet "we have a near term opportunity to improve the commercial attractiveness of our platform" certainly sounds like we are not just hoping, we do have genuine interest.

We hope so I don't think they've been looking for small deals for a long time though - still not sure if it's just fresh confidence as new boards and restructures always have but I guess we'll find out mid 2019 when they have something they think they can deal on.

Hayes 2 years coming up in mid 2019 should be a good guide with what he does to.

They sure like picking the hard target markets.
